What mods or applications are you guys using to make your Survival Games Map?

Just a thought. Couldn't see where else to post this, so i posted it here, where the map-makers are most likely at. I've used WorldPainter to make my "Desert Survival Games", but what about the rest of you? Couldn't really make this a poll due to the large variety of mods available out there.

The only thing we used was WorldEdit to make a big glass dome around the map, all else was done in creative. We had an incredible seed, so we were very lucky=)
