ok i wanna upgrade. i got 100 dollahs and can sell a component if replacing it.

If you don't have an SSD, get one and install your OS onto it. It's the single best upgrade you can make for the money.

Otherwise, sell your 750 Ti on eBay to gain around $100. Use your $200 to purchase a GTX 960.
Then your next upgrade should be bumping your RAM to 16 Gbs.

You haven't specified what you would be using this rig to do. Is it for editing work? Gaming? Or just regular desktop. Presuming it's for gaming, I would highly recommend upgrading your GPU. A 750 ti nowadays is relatively out of date. Although AMD are somewhat looked down upon by most PC users, the R9 280x is a great card for the price! As far as I am aware, your processor has no/very little overclocking ability, so that would probably be the next thing. I would only look at upgrading your RAM is if you plan on carrying out intensive editing processes such as rendering 4k videos etc ...
