Hope this helps, this is what my friend does:

• Force quit your browser.
• Open it back up.
• Close it again.
• Restart your computer.
• Then open your browser.
• Then clear your browser history.
• Then force quit it.
• Then reopen it and it should work.

I hope this helped! If that does not work, try it on another computer, or your phone. .

Hmm, YouTube has always been kinda glitchy and weird when it comes to settings. I'd do what Vanth said, that seems to be something that may work.
