The last one was in April of this year, the one before was like two years ago. Unless there is a significant change to the servers, there won't be a global reset. But you can always buy some reset tokens if you really want to.

We are not planning on resetting the leaderboards any time soon.
Although, like was mentioned before, if you do wish to reset your own stats, you could buy stat reset tokens in the shop here: http://shop.mcgamer.net/category/282069
