You have a US donorship. Maybe you tried to play an EU server

I played in the same server with Zeno, which was a US server. I was a nondonor that game and I still am.

I had this problem the first time I donated, it ran out after 5 days. I poked a Sr. Mod/Admin on TS and was moved into a channel with Chad, we fixed the problem there. It was simply a bug with the donation plugin.
So yeah, just poke a Sr. Mod and hopefully you can fix this problem as I did.
