Xp for Killing People?

Was suggested multiple times very long times ago, but the general idea was declined by Gibbo.

I think it's a great idea, but the amount of XP you would get for each kill would have to be pretty low. And it does make sense to base it off how many points they have too. So maybe something like 8 kills or something to get a level if you got 5 points for each kill? I say 8 because getting more than 5 points per kill happens a lot more often now, so it would still be pretty hard to level up but also not too difficult.

Also there need's to be enchanting tables added in EVERY map!
