It didn't happen when they first planned it because there were an excess of bugs that were not expected, and the wanted to refine it before real easing the giant stats reset.

No promises were made about anything. We said it will be released soon, but we want to make sure the actual server doesn't have many bugs first.

How can we apply for the youtube spotlight?

You can DM duckluv321 and ask her, but normally YouTube spotlight is selected without people applying.
