well it would make sense if you were only able to spectate from your teammate's pov though

there would be no spec ghosting - kinda like CS:GO if you've played that before
o ok well ya I AGREE

i have a solution for random teaming in DM...during DM make a plugin that declines blocking your sword or crouching within that initial 10 seconds.
What - A lot of the time it begins with chat teaming. Or them simply saying something like, "Hey Gamergirl32764 team!!"

A random idea I had a while ago:

What if, in these clan servers, one was able to make a party, a permanent party, which you could add members of your clan to. Leaders could move the clan from server to server, and help anybody in the clan servers.

Then, after a player dies, he is only able to spectate from the POV - the new perspective system that 1.8 brought us, that his own clan sees. This type of spectating system is the one CS:GO utilizes, and I think it would be a perfect use - finally, instead of spectators being disallowed, you would be able to see the point of view of ONLY the members in your clan.

Additional ideas:
Clan battle servers would have an option to start the battle, similar to how mineplex functions, in which the captains can chose things like: First to 5 or 3, 6v6 or 8v8, Scrim or Battle, etc.
Something like this: http://gyazo.com/cceb96fc02900e8c189f0d66e2e46371

The servers would count the score in the battle, and a command would register a DQ, if both captains of the battle agreed upon it, or a clan staff member forced it.

Clan battle servers would obviously only have the clan battle maps that suggested by Soul's or Dave's rules (Most likely Dave's Because that is the clan staff)

ALSO
WHERE IS MY HORSE!!!!!!!!
I LEGIT BOUGHT PLATINUM BECAUSE IT SAID I'D GET A HORSE IN THE HUB... SCREW JOINING FULL GAMES OR THE VOTING PERK I LEGIT ONLY WANTED THE HORSE MCGAMER SCAMMED US

I like the majority of that idea. A permanent party, and when you leave that clan you can type a simple command like /clanleave. Maybe instead of them actually calling it a party (Since that is already a thing) they can simply change the word 'party' to 'clan'.

'/partycreate' = '/claninvite'

The only real issue I see is other 'randoms' creating that party before the actual owner of the clan does, then it just becomes a mess.

from my experience, random teaming comes from them blocking their swords rapidly and crouching up and down.

Yes that how is it generally goes but if we did what you said and disable blocking they will just switch over to asking them to team in chat. I know blocking your sword is like asking to team, it's called "Trucing" and if that is taken away there are other ways to ask to team. . . like the chat.
