What are your opinions on MCSG?

Mine are:

Too many hackers (EU)
Anit-Cheat is too weak
Staff members are lacking.

Staff members are lacking.

What specifically do you mean by "lacking" per se'? Lacking in general size, lacking in a certain area? If so, publicly stating it won't change a single thing. Notifying Sr. Staff or the Administrative team regarding a certain staff member on the other hand, can be somewhat investigated upon but for sure they would request specific points (i.e, staff member name, clear non-tampered evidence).

But in my personal point of view, the staff team dedicate their precious time towards assisting the community in anyway shape or form. Mind you, this is a complete voluntary position and if you personally believe that the staff team is 'bad', that's technically better than no staff team at all. But by no means am I saying your opinion is wrong. If you have any clear proof or evidence in general, opinions are never wrong - just looked down upon by someone with a complete opposite point of view.
