Personally, I think Interaction is key to being a good Moderator; you need to be able to interact with all members of the community and handle many situations which involve interacting with users.

Simple, say the first thing that comes to your mind when you see the user aboves avatar. For example for me I would say Nothing because there is no avatar above me. Have fun, No double-posting. Enjoy!

I think it would be a great idea! But the 'Members Online Now' is much more convenient to the users that aren't familiar to the forums and don't know their way around the forums as much as frequent users do. Good idea though! :)

I see no real point in having chat Moderators. It would be much more easier and less complicated to just screenshot the users and report them. The toxicity of AU is one of the regions major problems, if you feel you want to prevent the toxicity- apply for Moderator! We need heaps for AU! :)
