I personally use Quake Pro- but it means I have to focus not that much on bowing, so I tend to only rely on Strafing and FnS.

I honestly have no substantial breakfast- it contains a healthy Up&Go. I sometimes have a side of fruit, but that is only on occasions. I really should eat some more nutritious healthy foods for breakfast to start me off for the day, but I'm lazy and too much effort needed.
