I have spent approximately $650 in the last year and 10 months. I did not spend all this on myself, however. A lot of the $650 was used for gifts for other people. ie. birthdays, Christmas, random giveaways, etc... I would say I have spent approximately $250 of the $650 on myself.

My best advice is to find something creative that you love to do and express it through that. Like me, for example, I love to write and I find I can better express myself through my writing pieces, so I wrote him a letter. Give it a shot! It is the best thing to do. I wish you the best of luck...
