Deployed on 17 August 2015

Changes since last released build (#131):

• Swear filter improvements
• Prevent server breakage caused by invalid world configurations
• Prevent server breakage caused when a game module fails to register
• Moderators can no longer /drank as Iron
• General codebase cleanup
• BG: Disable interaction with enchantment tables
• SB: Spectators can no longer pick up items
• SB: Spectators no longer take damage
• SB: Spectators will no longer be targeted by mobs
• SB: Fix "Join Game" diamond not working properly
