When a player joins and server is full or slots are reserved, it should give the info like it originally did! The tributes left and time remaining.

I would consider this not being an a bug.

I think the reserved slots message is only for the Beta, and will be removed once everything officially opens.

They plan to have 26 slots, two reserved for admins, four reserved for people who donate.
