Mod Applications Now Accept 1 Year Old Temporary Bans

Though I wouldn't need this rule or mod for several reasons, it's nice to see you giving people second chances at becoming mod

"10. If I have been banned on the MCSG servers before, can I still apply to be a moderator?
Answer: Members who have been banned on our servers may not apply to be a moderator."

I really like the idea. I won't explain in full detail why I like it because it would be too long, but let me say some moderators with previous bans might have a lot of experience in that field.

What? You Are accepting people who have been 1 YEAR banned or less but still they must be over 14? I'm 12 I want to apply but no, you got to be 14, but if in the next two years, i hack get banned stop playing and come back at age 14, I can apply? Wow..I'm getting depressed. I mean I know people make mistakes but age limit seriously?
