So as of November, a Narwhalic Noob has started playing SimCity 2013. I've fully dived into gameplay but have only really played singleplayer. The occasional attempt at creating a region with Virtual , but he has NO idea how to create land value or make efficient use of the mechanics. (No Offense) (I Still <3 You) (Not Really)

Anyways, I recently with Christmas Money bought the Deluxe Edition along with Cities of Tomorrow.
I've created a region on Horizon Archipelago and created a mixture city of Omega and Academy. But I'm Kinda lonesome playing by myself. So if anyone has the game and wants to add to my region, Just tell me! (BTW I made the best city name ever, Simcinnati Haha, haha, eh, no)
Plz I'm bored.
