Basically, tag a person that you think of as a "Budding forumer"!
Someone who is not yet well-known, but has high-quality (Or funny etc.) posts.
You may tag more than one person
Do not tag anyone with Active Member, as they're technically already considered experienced forumers already.
Don't get mad if you're not tagged for a long time
Don't get mad if you are tagged, but think you should not have been.
If a post gets more than 10 likes (Or some other high approval rating) then tag me to let me know (Such as "@Mooclan, this person should be added to the list") and I might add them to a list
