But in all seriousness, have you tried 1.7.2 yet? Some rendering improvements that were made improves performance on slower computers a lot - I've heard of people having about 20-30 more FPS on average.

Cool, maybe I will finally be able to record whenever I want to. I also wanted to ask if MCTF2 would be coming out in time for Minecon in 6 days. I remember Chad mentioning that he wanted it to be ready for Minecon...

There is an in-built BSM in minecraft and it is insanely unfair for those who abuse it. Of course some of you will agree with the update, and I think in survival it will be useful for some of the laggier players, but on MCSG it is too much like BSM (actually it IS BSM but still). Is there going to be a plugin or a rule that blocks this feature?
