These were the people that got the majority of the votes by the clan. I also felt these people do deserve this position. There were also there were multiple ties for second, but only first place got promoted. That leaves 1 elite spot left and 1 other captain. These spots are not permanent, the elites can be replaced if they do not live up to the standards and another member shows they have the potential. Also the officer can be demoted if they do not meet the requirements set by me. Congrats to all the above named people. Sorry to those who didn't get the promotion.
