1.8/1.7

Hey I'm going to discuss 1.8 or 1.7 so lets start.

1.8: 1.8 is the best building update for us builders that's why Helix is 1.8. 1.8 is maybe not that good in PvPing but its really good in building thats why i play on it all the time. 1.8 is for Builder's.

1.7: 1.7 is the PvPer update it was really good PvPing in 1.7 it was really good but i still play 1.8 just for the blocks. 1.7 is for PvPer's.

Nice distinguishing! I would play on 1.8 but when it comes to PvP, I need all the help I can get. Gone are the days where I was decent.

I agree. 1.8 added some nice blocks for you builders to have fun with. On the down side, it took away the physics that was so amazing for PvP from 1.7. Lets hope that 1.9 will solve thing and will be a mixture of these two wonderful updates.

My personal preference is 1.8. But only because I like to stay up to date, if 1.7 was the latest update, and 1.8 was then I would choose 1.7. To me I just want to play with all of you, I don't mind which version of MC we play on .

Thats what I meant! Lets hope 1.9 is a merge of both 1.7 and 1.9. Also, please try not to use words such as p****** on the forums as younger views may get begin to use them. I'm aware that the word you said is extremely mild, and is commonly used, however that is no excuse. Just please try not to use them!

Since they moved it back to 1.7 Maps like Inertia with slime blocks are messed up and it doesn't look as good
