It's basically the idea that you now know where everyone is. Instead of going about your strategy, whilst killing those along your way, you're basically hunting each tribute one by one.

Everyones saying it would mean harassment,
well you can harass players equally as well with the regular chat, yet I don't see anyone saying we should remove it.

Harassing players can be reported and will be banned so I disagree to it being the reason we disallow it.
