Best PVP texture pack!

I used Sphax 512x512 for a long time and then got bored of the more cartoony textures, now I use shredders 64x64 because its good for pvp.

This dude has a beast PvP texture pack, it's got

-Custom particles (sprinting, critical hits, potions, bow trails)
-Sharper looking swords
-Color-coded Bow when being pulled back (green for minimal damage, yellow for middle and red for critical damage)
-Rainbow Experience Bar
-Extra Durability HUD
-Extra Potion HUD

I don't know. I use an outdated version with no color coded bow or extra HUDs, though.

I don't really play anymore and usually use default realism, but just to ask, what parts of a texture pack like this would be considered unfair/not allowed, if any?

-> Color-coded bow damage
-> Color-coded item usefulness/rarity
-> Color-coded armor resistance levels
-> Brightly colored/differently colored chests (NOT CHESTFINDER, mind you)
-> Coloration for redstone, lava, and water.

I use default, because I don't know how to install texture packs/mods on a Windows 8 Computer. The setup is so much different that I can't do it. If anyone knows send meh a guide please.
