Can anyone make PC for Minecraft under $800AUD?

Hello!

I am trying to make a computer on this website: http://au.pcpartpicker.com/ (I am Australian) and I am not the best at this sorta' stuff.

I would like someones help to make me a good Minecraft PC, hopefully being able to play Max Settings with 80+FPS. (If this is possible)

These are some things I want in the computer, the rest is what you think would be good for PC Gaming.

8GB Memory.
250GB Storage.

I'm building it for my brother as a Christmas present!
I have the same graphics card (650ti Boost SC) and it runs Minecraft at 150+ frames! You can also play with shaders (decintly)! I also record and get 60-100 frames If you want anymore help, feel free to Message me!

NOTE: Build does not include: Mouse, Keyboard, Monitor or any other peripherals, just the bare bones PC!
