Here, let me describe a little better and more visually:

1) http://imageshack.us/

2) Select Sign Up, you should see it in the top right corner next to Login:

3) Fill out your sign up form (you can trust it with your real email), then hit Sign Up afterwards

4) Go back to home page after you're logged in, click browse, find your picture in your computer, then hit Upload:

5) After it uploads, you'll be directed to the completion stage. Hit View Full Size

6) Right click and select "Copy Image Address"

7) Head to the Report abuse section, fill out the report application, then do this under the Proof:

Hit the tree button near the middle to the left of the film picture, then do Ctrl+V where it prompts Image URL.

This should work, if it doesn't, then I don't know what the problem could be.

EDIT: I apologize to any Mods for not putting the large pictures under the Show boxes, I'm unaware how to. Teach me maybe pls. :3
