I am a 14 year old kid who loves to code with java. I am learning about the Bukkit API. I was wondering if I can try to help with the servers?

If you gain more experience (enough to fit the requirements), you could apply for "Developer" and help the servers that way.

Only issue I see for you, is experience and age

I have no clue how to code... Nor do I want to. No seriously you should apply for Developer if you meet the requirements.
