I debated on whether or not to add them while making the thread, and I decided to add them because
1) If someone wants to DDoS, they'll end up doing it anyway
and
2) Booters themselves ARE NOT BAD. It's how they could be used that is bad. Same with guns - I could carry one around, and it's totally fine until I start using it for bad purposes.

I added the links to show exactly how easy it is to get your hands on one, and to support the fact that it's not that surprising if you're being DDoSed.
