I like this idea, and since it wouldnt go against the EULA, I don't see any big reasons why this shouldn't be added.

This perk would not be against EULA, since it offers no gameplay difference that isn't optional. Paying for the ability to chat at all would be a definitive violation of EULA.

I don't know if Premium-only chat would be too beneficial, since Premium-only chat is going to basically be general chat with fewer players.

Being able to turn chat off altogether, or having a Friends-Only/Party-Only chat, would definitely be worth considering.
But as usual, Developers.

I think this is such a stupid idea, you're basically saying regular players aren't as important as donors :/ everyone's equal.
That's not what I said :/ I don't see how it's unfair to give donators some extra perks. And to be fair your point is kind of invalid, because we already have an in-game priority benefit.

Yeah! To activate a chat only for donators cause I don't know why my compputer lag cause a lot of letters xD it's real. then with a donator chat that woulds disappear
