I was personally in the clan Phoenix. You're not allowed to use the name, even if the clan is disbanded, unless you ask the original owner of the name if you could. Sorry bud, but RyanHolland u can explain.

Ok this has actually happened to me before, The answer is, Yes i could make this clan because theres a EU Division nobody cares about that its EU, This is US so if the a US Clan makes this the same name as the EU Clan its fine.

There are already multiple divisions of the clan which means we have right over this name since we have an AU and EU division. Sorry to say this but there's been a phoenix here for about 2 years and you can't simply take it's name without darkrai's permission.
