Im trying to just inform them that if they thought that they did was a Haiku and wanted to go into the running of life time gold donor-ship, they are doing the wrong structure... Am I doing anything wrong?

If they really did 'want to go into the running of a life time gold-donor ship' they would be attentive enough to find out the info for themselves. Look at the amount of people not following the protocol. You can't ask Everyone to change it.
In my opinion it's just useless, because nobody would care.
