Impossible because my route is to go there before going to the hot air ballon and It's pretty much 100% impossible that you won't get attacked or you won't get temped to attack and chase a full leather guy into water. And I know some people who go north directly to the Ferris wheel and the cinema so there is abosolutely no chance you will get all 8 tier twos.

My friend and I used this route a few times before, and every time we both got full iron and diamond swords. We never get any competition, and there are a quite a few chests not many people know about.
