tbh all veterans know that back then u didnt rly know the map, even if u played a lot, u just ran around having fun. but now, all the veterans (and me a bit but im still sht at old maps like i used to be) can win easily there.

You started to learn them after awhile, but yeah.. People played to have fun instead of to be the biggest tryhard booster of all time. Nowadays, people do everything to reduce ping and just look for each win. I play to win (duh) but I don't lose track of why I came back in the first place. I want to have fun. I feel normal SG is hurt beyond repair.. It's just too easy to get full iron and diamonds, enabling huge teams to just go around killing everyone in sight. I remember the rush of satisfaction after beating a team of stacked 4 that were decent. But that was before 1.7. Now they all can rush with next to nothing to stop them.
