Demons Breeze was broken, and I don't understand why everyone wanted it removed but now that it got removed everyone is whining. As for TE they're a brilliant build team and should be respected not insulted by members of the community.

I'm not involved with the re-working of the map, so this is all conjecture, but I'm fairly sure that the purpose of the revamp will be to build it in a more optimized way than the first, so that the map is more playable for the majority of the community.

They may also decide to aesthetically alter the map to further differentiate it from breeze island, making it more distinct. Again, just conjecture on my part, but those were the main issues with the map that hopefully will be fixed.

When did I insult them? I said I didn't want any revamp, not by TE, not by red forest, not by any build team.

That was never the original reason for revamping it.
The powers that be removed the map and said it would not be re-added.

When the community voiced their opinion the map committee were obligated to re add it.
I even had members of the map committee messaging me in response to my petition to re-add it saying,
how about as a compromise, we add a revamped version? My response was..
That's not what the community wants. Rather than coming up with solutions to problems that never existed, do the simple thing and listen to what the community wants and do that.

Either way.. I never criticised the revamp as I haven't seen it.
I just don't believe it should have been removed when it was clearly one of the most popular maps on the servers.

I will just add the Lobby Games isnt a revamp. We took the lobby made it into the a map. It would have been impossible to have the regular lobby as a map as it doesn't include the basics of an sg map which was a corn. We made it so it was a decent playable map that was fun and didn't deviate to far away from the original lobby.

Why doesn't chad just make a poll? Which asks for your opinion on each new map? Then we will see what the in game community wants, who are the ones who play the maps.

Everyone wants different maps added and it will be impossible to make everyone happy.
Tbh, I don't think that 1 or 2 of the maps added is the best but as long as the majority of the mcsg community does then I can live with it...
But. Would like to see some other maps added from the forums.
