New PC Help

Hello,
I am Trytan and I need some PC help. I currently can afford a pc that is around $700 dollars all in all.
I am looking for a computer that can run over 200fps and can record over 60fps and will be good streaming and rendering. I am truly in need for help.

If you want it custom build I would Recommend going to newegg.com they have brand new parts for cheap. I agot my pc there for $800 and my pc is worth $2,500

That computer is exactly the same as mine xD except the motherboard. I run 300 FPS on MCSG

Yo trytan don't do it but my 700$ alienware runs around 200+ no matter what more on maps... but idk if its the best option. NO HATE IK IT WAS A BAD CHOICE!

Well I don't pirate stuff and I assume neither does the op. I don't know of operating systems for 40$ unless it's on a 1/2 off sale.
