I guess so, if you reclaim your password you would be able to access it and change the cape ownership details but stealing back a gift?

But i cant change my cape... I went to cape and logged in with my new password and it said:
Login failed
Invalid credentials. Invalid username or password.

I don't get it, when I changed my name I relized my cape was gone, then I just logged in with my E-mail and password on Optifine.net. Then it worked, I didn't have to do any of what you've written.
