Update- Dave (Life) Has the Tekkit Server Files for the server that was running before Bessemer left. They could be updated to work with any other kind of Tekkit modpack or FTB or anything else. Only thing that will get the server up is to get enough people to back it. (There needs to be enough people so it will run as it was before (With a average of 50 people on at all times and a low of 20 at anytime) plus be able to help pay for the server that would be dedicated to the server itself.)
