Survival dream

So when screwing around with world edit, I accidentally made a house out of water. I found this to be really cool that it kept its shape. And so I got an idea for a map: what if there was a map taking place in a dream? What I am envisioning is a bunch of floating islands (not unlike the Aether) connected by parkour, and each island to have its own themes. Some will have weird buildings like this on, or made of lava, and, with owners' permission, some structures based on other MCSG maps, but with a dreamy twist (like the library from Valleyside University, with a sence of vertigo) to seem like the dream of someone playing on the servers. This seems like it can be a fun map to make. What do you guys think? Any suggestions or ideas?
