Team tournaments

So, how exactly would this be structured, may I ask? Would it be 2 games with 4 teams each (8 players per team making up 24 tributes), or would we modify the arena for 16 players and have 1 v. 1 clan battles, arrayed in a tournament ladder?

I was thinking 1v1 clan battles of 8 people on each team on a regular server 24 player server.

how are you planning on handling regions? 8 clans from each region (seems unlikely) or 3 from each, with one region having two? Or would this be based in one region?

Doesn't seem like there are much EU and AU teams but I think people might complain about lag if the match is in US and it was an EU team. But I guess The first tournament will be open to all but on the US servers and we'll see how well it goes from there. If everyone is fine with how stable the server is then it'll be an all region tournament and if not then hopefully this tournament idea will inspire people from AU and EU to create teams and it'll become a tournament for each region.

That would be awesome, but I'd rather have a Free-For-All tournament where there are no teams. But this idea is great too.

I was thinking of making a thread that showed the past winners and how many times each teams have won since its easier

Thats great and easy indeed.. But leaderboards for teams would be nice, but it will be lot of more work indeed

you should have region tournaments and the winning team from the 3 regions go in the world tournament!!!

That'd be nice but the problem is there might be lag for some regions.
