My suggestion - Split some of the categories into regions. For instance
Best Clan (US, CA/EU/AU)
Best Clan Leader - (Regions)
Best Clan Officer - (Regions)
Best Mod (Regions)
Most Helpful Member (Regions)
etc etc.
