Get rid of CA servers, make Eastern Europe servers. Congratulations, you just got rid of 75% of hackers. The ones who can actually speak fluent English can always play the Western servers and join a clan.

Not all romans, russian or turks hack. Not at all, but it's just the publicity they get for themselves. In every lobby I go, I can see a few people speaking russian or turkish, and that's when I know we're going to have either a 4team or a few hacker teams.

Also the reason why people hack isn't that they are bad at the game, they just don't plain care. They couldn't give two s*its about it. Humans are smart, they know that they are doing something wrong, especially when people are calling them names in every game. Raising awareness about the rules does nothing, they wouldn't care.

Edit: I just have to add this in. The randy clans on EU are getting out of control. The forums are full of #FastClick #HaxClick 2.0 and #PrefectFire.. Of course that could be an easy win for some people, and that's the plus side of it. But the people from Eastern Europe make clans that last for 2 days. 2 DAYS??!!? Don't get me wrong, this has nothing to do with language barrier (RuffyPlayzMC) but I feel like they don't get the full idea of clans. That is the reason I would like to see some kind of requirements on starting a clan.

More edits lad: I actually want to tag some people here to get their opinions on maybe getting requirements on starting a clan and the leaders getting punished if the clan won't last long. I am just sick of this. Also, read the whole thread and tell your opinions. Fancypants6000 Ceroria Moose
It's not that simple. The CA region is easy to maintain, and costs little money, also we have a host there. Most likely, we do not have a CubedHost location in Eastern Europe, which is why this was not done already.

As for the thinking that this will just immediately get rid of all of the hackers, there is a flaw to this plan. Most of these players are not involved in the community and will never even notice that they now have their own region. This will lead to underpopulation and these servers will quickly plummet and most likely be a giant waste of money.

In theory it's a great idea but in retrospect it will most likely not work very well.

That is true, but what about my suggestion on adding requirements to make a clan and punishments if it disbands in (for example) 1 week. ( can't make clans in 1 month, etc.)

That wouldn't work. We can't do anything to stop the flood of clans in that section, but we could add regional clan subforums.

I think it would. Information spreads a lot faster than you may think, and if, let's say, famous Romanian/Turkish Youtubers made videos about it (which they obviously would), everybody from Eastern Europe would just go play and ping abuse there.

Yes you can. Make the Clans section check the Minecraft account the forum account is binded to, if it has enough wins > you can make the thread, if not > no thread. Also, make it so if the thread is not being replied in 2 weeks > give a warning that the clan thread could be removed in a week. ez

Also adding onto the Eastern Europe servers, we could raise awareness of them by broadcasting messages of the servers in Turkish, Russian etc. assuming it would be a thing.

Also, subforums are a good idea, I suggested to a mod a few weeks back. Make it like this:
Clans > EU/US/CA/AU
EU > Randy clans/Professional clans

You can't just say what's a randy clan and what isn't, would there be some form of vote or win requirement? It would take more intervention from MCGamer staffingm
