Season 2 is a long way off it seems, like late 2013 to early 2014 off. BUT, there is going to be a little something that Telltale is going to release before Season 2 to bridge the first one to it. No other details are known yet, but this is pretty cool and exciting >w>

Except Clem. I'd keep playing and waiting just to know I'd have the chance to protect her, to keep her safe. From the world, the walkers, bandits. Whoever decides they want to **** with her. No one and I mean No one, hurts Clem or they get killed.

Well Im glad theres something more before season two and at the same tiem Im dissapointed that its still a long time till season 2

It was from an IGN interview with one of the developers, I can't remember who it was, but I'm pretty sure it was legit.
