i can only find two things wrong for the normal person on the post, otherwise i agree completly.
1- Many people (including me) dont have good enough video cards/internet/computer to record hackers
2- asking people nicely to stop spamming/cursing/map begging never, ever, works
other then those two i agree completly

Well recording is recommended if you want to be mod, so people with good computers are moderators most likely, to record and if you're just getting lag spikes you can't tell if they're hacking or not :/ People with laggy computers tend to accuse of hacks, and we don't need to have Mods that ban people that aren't hacking. And for the nicely asking, a lot of times it does work, but if you need to threaten that you'll call in a Moderator to take care of it (That;s the most mature way to do it, otherwise just deal with the spammer / swearer / etc.)
