Besides the obvious guy Isuq, I ran into this guy who had 24/25 LezzBeHonest (He also had friends letting him win tho, I was in one of his games getting 5 teamed)

Personally I think good players have at least 0.25 ratio they must be good but I have fought many good players with bad ratios and 0.5 is very good especially if it's a first account.
having a bad ratio doesn't mean your bad it probably means you like having fun and don't care.
