Currently 3 Sr. Mods have responded to me, 2 saying there is No DQ (Draco's answer is vague, but since there was no agreement to no spectating, we cannot be dq'd), so I will take down the win on the thread but I not post a loss for you guys until I receive word from every Sr. Mod. Furthermore, one said we should be DQ'd, and Shelby reconsidered her stand one I explained the situation a little more and now she says no DQ.

1. The entire clan community doesn't need to know our business. It should have been sent to the staff members of the clan.

If you're going to be involved with clans, please be aware of the rules yourself. The Clan Rules make it clear that MCGamer Staff are not to intervene with clan management and affairs - it even directly mentions falsified scores:

9. The MCGamer staff do not take on the duty of managing the current affairs between clans. Henceforth, players are to not pester staff regarding a clan posting false scores or falsifying any form of public display of clan information. Our staff will only deal with the users if they have specifically broken any of the above mentioned rules or any of the official MCGamer rules.

Even if a member of another clan came to you with evidence that beyond a doubt has proven that a clan has listed the wrong result, you should have stopped your involvement before you even opened the video, picture or whatever other form of evidence was submitted. There are Clan Leaderboards for every region on MCGamer for a reason; they have done an excellent job of resolving any disputes that arise within the scope of "official" battles. We rely on the MCGamer Staff for making unbiased judgements when it comes to hacking. Let the clans involved and the clan's regional Leaderboards determine which scores are correct and which ones are not.

And guess what happens when someone posts an incorrect score? There might be an argument for a day or so, but at the end of it all, hardly anyone cares.
