Well there is only like 1 person complaining about it so to be honest i dont think it will come into the Developers minds.

F&S is way too overpowered already. The people that knowhow to use them use it effectively enough that they don't need more uses. Do you know why it was reduced? Because of its overpoweredness. The cause for it being so popular was at the beginning of V2 when tier 1's had F&S. Gameplay is already being stretched due to the unrealistic motions that F&S has on the game. IMO, or MPO (Most people's opinion) No No No
