That list is actually quite good c: Although Memory of Earth: Day Zero won't be added cause it's not technically done yet (no spoilers though). We have a surprise in mind for that.
Anyways, quite a few (almost all) have been discussed in the map committee at least once but I won't reveal any decisions on them

I have no idea when new maps will be added. That was just a guess. Don't rush your map. When its done and donr well it should be added.
