What makes a texture pack better for PVP?

I think PVP Resource Packs is like with low fire,bow colour,Cut-Sword,style,paticles

Low fire, coloured bows, easy visible weapons (example. you can tell what is a diamond sword the stone/iron), big particles, sometimes the harts and hunger is in bright colours, easy visible fishing rod rope, easy visible projectiles and nice clean inventory. I thinks thats all of it.

To be exact i like creepy craft v2 it has good texture and clear inv

There aren't many resource packs that have this. Bold items, basically, the important items like stone swords, bows, fishing rod, diamonds,... have a dark outline so they stand out which helps you to get them quicker.
