Sometime late 2010. Played alpha on a friend's account and got my account on the first few days of beta I believe.

Literary 1 week before 1.8 came out. I made the worst wood house ever (never a dirt one) and was a noob. I spent so much time on the wiki and watching videos. even before I got the game. I have been loving every update and really love servers. They seam to bring the creative amazingness out of me.
