Why is my Internet Connection so bad Lately?

Alright, so lately my internet connection in general has been really bad.
Not just in Minecraft but on my tablet and even Netflix is laggy.
I'm thinking it's a DDOS, but I'm not sure, just wanted to check with you guys to see if you have any suggestions.

I have tried:

- System Restore
- Reset my bandwidth
- ccleaner
- 3 Virus / Antivirus scans [Avast, Windows Defender, Malwarebytes]


So if you have any ideas on how to fix it, I'd appreciate it.
Also, I checked with my friend who uses the same ISP as me, it isn't him, so it's my connection.
