With the dying question, I do believe we go onto something/someone else. Think about it this way, I know it is complicated and confusing, when you die, what happens to our thoughts, smell, hearing and vision, do we just look at darkness for eternity?

Hmmm, very uhm, a lot of changes can be made, but it is your personal decisions. Personally, I wouldn't have put some of those players in the position that they are in.

This could bring up a lot of hate aswell. eg; Inviting someone to join your group; continuing on to substantially harass and abuse the targeted player by the whole group. The commands would get really annoying aswell, having to switch from global to group chat.

I am sure the MCGamer developers are working towards a solution. Just be patient and it should be fixed soon :)

I don't think they should be totally removed, I think it just should be a required necessity to provide both; Shaders and Default Resource pack Screenshots.

If you don't already know, Vida Cova was supposed to be removed from the variety of maps for 24 player servers, and moved to the 48 player servers. The best thing you could probably do is notify a moderator of the player with OP items, and it should be dealt with accordingly.
