That's the thing. You WON'T get accepted. At all.
I'm not sure what context that was in, but I believe that the person was saying that if exceptions were made, you'd only need to write a few sentences and use big words.

How can you determine a fact without any trials? The point is they're not giving 13 year olds a chance to even discover if the job will be taken seriously and with passion.

And that's supposed to mean...?
What I think he is saying is that your app was done well, and met expectations. Slasher said that usually they review the app, and write down what other flaws they have, so they know what to fix at a later age. The reply "You have been denied for being too young" probably means that your app had no flaws in it, and that you where only denied for your age.

I like this new idea someone has presented of creating a new rank called "Jr. Mods". Basically the Jr. Mods would be for players maybe 10-14 who are too young to be a moderator but still have the potential and are willing to prove it. So it would work like some of the more respected moderators would be assigned two Jr. Mods, and they would monitor what the Jr. Mods are doing. After several months, if the Jr. Mod has been up to snuff and doing what they should be doing at the right time, then they would get a promotion. *Note that Jr. Mods would only have the /kick ability, any bans would have to be sent through their assigned moderator. So each Jr. Mod would have a 3-5 strike system. If they present evidence to their moderator that the Jr. Mod thinks is worthy of a temp ban/ban, but their moderator strongly disagrees with said evidence, the Jr. Moderator gets a strike, and is set back a month on their road to becoming a regular moderator. (Also, if the Jr. Mod never presents any evidence, then they don't get their higher status until they present more than 10). Just a thought.

The Junior Mod Idea does sound interesting, however there would have to be very few. Mods being messaged all the time from Jr. Mods would be very stressful as most are extremely busy to begin with. If this rank was to ever be added, It should be for those who had unbelievable applications and have far exceeded the requirements only to be turned down due to age. Overall though I'm on both sides for 13-14 year olds being able to apply. All it would take is one immature person to slip through and unfairly ban a lot of people for Mcsg to get a bad name. On the other hand, there are some 14 year olds who can in fact handle the responsibilities and become a great addition to the Mcsg Staff.
Good luck with wherever this goes. -K2skier

10 years old.. banning people... on MCSG.. Are you positive you thought this ALL the way through :p Maybe like 13-14 years old.

P.S. Wasn't Antster accepted at like 14? And is a Sr. Mod?

Pretty sure you have no evidence of that. A fact is reliant on evidence, which you have not presented.
I'm not saying every person under 15 is irresponsible but if you look at the majority. Then it also comes down to the grammatical abilities. I'm just saying a lot of the people that are under the age of 15 don't meet the requirements of being a mod

I think that being a normal player is far more superior to being a mod. I know it sounds weird, but it truly is. Basically, if you tell someone to stop spamming when you are a mod, they stop for that game and then continue to spam in another. If you are a normal player, they will not listen to you and keep spamming so you can take pics and get them banned.

Same goes for hacking. Lets say some kid named Kerbals was hacking ( jks ) and Slasher came along to come pvp him and possibly get proof of Kerbals hacking. What's the first thing kerbals does as he sees the mod? Turn off his hacks. Now lets say instead of Slasher coming, Korrenian did. Kerbals will not turn off his hacks, and Korrenian can record and get him banned.

Just saying, being a normal player is infinitely more times better then being a mod.
